Instructions
  1. Put the curd cheese, the eggs and the baking powder into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Then add the almonds, the flax seeds, the wheat bran, the flour, the salt and the sunflower seeds.
  3. Whisk until everything is combined.
  4. Butter a 25-30 cm pan and pour the butter into it.
  5. Bake for 90 minutes at 150°C.
