To top it off, it tastes the same as normal bread!! Shocker! AND it´s reallyyyyy easy to make! :))
You can keep the bread in a plastic bag (not too tightly wrapped) in your refrigerator, but it can also be easily stored in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 300 g of low fat curd cheese
- 8 pcs medium big eggs
- 100 g of ground almonds
- 115 g of crushed flax seeds
- 5 tablespoon of wheat bran
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 2 tspn salt
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 5 g butter for the pan

Instructions
- Put the curd cheese, the eggs and the baking powder into a bowl and whisk together.
- Then add the almonds, the flax seeds, the wheat bran, the flour, the salt and the sunflower seeds.
- Whisk until everything is combined.
- Butter a 25-30 cm pan and pour the butter into it.
- Bake for 90 minutes at 150°C.
